W! Well, so, filler questions at the end. What are you reading these days?
JP I’ve been journaling a lot and I’ve been reading a book called Persepolis and it’s really interesting. It’s about a little girl who’s involved in a war, whose parents are in the military, and her struggles with all that. It kind of relates to what’s going on now, with the war going on. I wanted to see how kids are reacting on the other side of it. So many of us have a mother or father who’s in the military, but it’s not really personally affecting me. And I know people who are in the military, and friends who have parents in the military, and they miss them a lot when they’re gone and they hope that they come back alive and, you know, there’s all these emotions. I wanted to see, to get an insight on what other kids in other countries are feeling. Because it’s going on in their countries. So it’s interesting. The book is really good.
W! Wow, that’s great. I don’t think I choose my reading material that carefully.
JP Normally I don’t but when I was looking at the back of it I was like, “Wow that looks really good.” And also, my cousin is autistic so I got a book on autism. I can’t remember what it’s called.
W! So you read a lot?
JP Yes I do, I love to read. Magazines don’t count.
W! Autism is a really interesting subject and they’re really only starting to understand it recently, so that’ll be cool. Do you have any scenes, or movies, or signings coming up?
JP I do have a few scenes coming out from Brazzers.com, so look for those. And I’ll be shooting something for Kink.com soon, in San Francisco, and they’re always really fun. I’m going to be fucking a machine. And, you can always visit me on MySpace and Twitter.
W! Wow, fucking machines. Have you ever done that before?
JP You know what? I didn’t think I had, and someone actually showed me a link to a website, and I went to it, and it was me, fucking a machine. So I did. But it was years ago and I didn’t even remember doing it. [Editorial note: this does not say good things about machine fucking.]
W! So it will be almost a new experience.
JP Yeah, it will be, definitely.
