Now in MEL Magazine: India’s Thirst for Porn and an Anal-Only Relationship

I’ve got two new articles now in MEL Magazine that anybody with a pulse will enjoy! (Well. Okay. MOST people with pulses. I hate to generalize.) Let’s talk about porn in India (or lack thereof) and anal sex! Yeehaw!

  • First up, I researched the state of pornography in India, both on the production and consumption sides. The take-away? Indian audiences love porn. Like, a lot. But though it’s legal for them to watch it, it’s not legal for anyone to make or distribute porn on the subcontinent! This puts Indian audiences in a bind, and goes some way toward explaining a few things. Like why an expat porn star from the U.S. industry has become a celebrity in Bollywood. And why amateur porn tube sites are hugely popular. And all this while a puritanical Prime Minister (who’s probably a virgin) leads a government that’s trying to block porn websites. It’s a fascinating situation! Read all about it here!
  • Next, I paired a sexual adventurer with sexual revolutionary Madison Young, who gave some advice about a relationship where one partner only wants anal sex. All the time. That’s a LOT of anal, so our advice-seeker was looking for help. She wanted to convince her partner to show some more attention to other parts of her body. Fortunately, Madison had gave some radical insights that made us rethink the nature of anal sex entirely! Read it all here, now in MEL!
  • Oh, PS: An article I wrote for MEL back in April got repubbed over at TNW! So if you want to revisit how US ISPs could be watching you look at porn and how porn websites are (or aren’t) protecting your privacy, here’s a new link!
